Employee Regulations

Employees must display valid ID badges at all times within company premises.
Strict adherence to safety PPE requirements is mandatory in all subterranean sectors.
Smoking and open flames are prohibited in all mining zones.
All incidents, no matter how minor, must be reported to safety officers immediately.
Monthly emergency evacuation drills are compulsory for all staff.
Unauthorized access to restricted-access sectors is grounds for disciplinary action.
Personal devices are allowed only in designated communal areas; no photos underground.
Employees may not disclose proprietary geological data to third parties.
Drug and alcohol testing may occur at any time before, during, or after shifts.
Continuous training in mining best practices is required; refresher courses scheduled quarterly.

Visitor & Investor Regulations

All visitors must sign in at Reception and wear visitor badges visibly.
Guided tours are offered only under prior approval by the Safety Department.
No access below 20 m depth for non-technical personnel unless escorted.
Visitors must wear PPE appropriate for the tour; helmets and boots are mandatory.
Photography and recording are restricted to public zones only.
Investors must complete a full safety briefing before site access is granted.
All external communications require pre-approval by corporate communications.
Visitors are expected to follow all posted signage and staff instructions.
No unauthorized sampling or collection of materials is permitted.
Any medical or mobility needs must be disclosed in advance of site visits.
