Containment Protocol — Overview

Personnel below Level 4 must maintain verbal logging only; recording devices are not authorized past the Level 4 threshold. No individual may remain at depth alone for longer than one rotation. Any personnel reporting a sense of being "addressed" during descent must be rotated out immediately and are not to discuss the experience with incoming staff.

Summary

This office was asked to review the 1888 record following a second event at Site RD-01 which, per interviews conducted this year, closely resembles the earlier account in character though not in detail. It is the position of this office that the resemblance is not coincidental, and that suppression of the comparison — rather than the event itself — has been the Company's actual policy since incorporation.

Observed Pattern

In both instances, on-site personnel independently assigned a name and significance to the presence at depth, absent any instruction to do so, and absent — per available testimony — any communication from the presence itself. The name given appears to depend entirely on the individual doing the naming. We have found no case in which two witnesses, questioned separately, agreed on what it said, because in every corroborated account, it said nothing at all.
